Plan from execution to delivery Set an appropriate schedule for the development of certain deliverables Define milestones Highlight the project dependencies Direct the team to achieve a common goal by negotiating employee job responsibilities Manage team through unforeseen events and circumstances Coordinate with external partners and vendors Monitor and execute contracts to ensure team progresses in accordance with the plan Delegate work effectively Manage the deployment deliverables Monitor progress and track roadblocks Conduct regular meetings Manage documentation, records and reports Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of formal education, training and directly related progressive job experience Academic emphasis in a field such as Project Management, Agricultural Studies, Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Food Science, Information Systems, Management, Marketing, Business, or Business Analysis acceptable 5
years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or a similar role 3
years of progressive responsibilities leading cross-function teams Experience in food industry or agriculture, particularly in animal protein, highly desired but not required Project Management Professional Certification (or equivalent) preferred Demonstrated project management subject matter expert (SME) skills Ability to successfully deliver projects in a variety of business model situations Knowledge in areas such as pork production, marketing, data analysis, food science, etc.
Ability to successfully act as change coach, change agent and teacher to all levels of the organization Demonstrate successful record of leading teams to deliver results Demonstrated ability to manage entire lifecycle of complex projects from initiation through implementation Exceptional organizational, communication and time management skills Work Model:
