The Role Do you love the thrill of the hunt? Can you build a relationship with anyone? Do you believe when one door closes, you go in through the window? If you answered yes! to these questions, then this role is for you!! As an Account Executive you will sell brokerage services to new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for building relationships, generating new revenue and solving customers issues by providing unique transportation solutions.

A high focus on customer service and relationship building Hunting and developing leads through cold calling to secure sales, meet your goals and keep earning uncapped commission! Negotiating to secure profitable rates and ensure client satisfaction Multi-tasking, prioritizing and problem solving as issues arise What you need to succeed at RXO:
Experience in outbound sales, cold-calling doesn't phase you!
