This position involves answering incoming phone calls, calling/communicating with new and current customers, making sure customers' payments are processed in a timely and efficient manner, following up with outstanding balances for customers across our 3 branch locations, and working closely with 3-4 individuals of our office staff.

Accounts Receivables Duties:
Processing Customer Payments Contacting Past Due Account Customers Mail/Emailing Statements and/or Past Due Invoices Sending Customers to Collections with Outstanding Balances Efficient and effective communication with Office Staff, Field Technicians, and Management Processing Field Payments Researching and resolving payment discrepancies Running, Analyzing, Updating, and/or Submitting Various Reports Must Display proper etiquette in handling and resolving customer questions/concerns including the occasional difficult customer Efficient with time management Detail-oriented possessing excellent organizational skills Works well in a team environment or one-on-one Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at one time accurately and timely Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
Additional phone coverage aside from normal duties is required We are a very busy office at times; Must be able to work well under pressure We Require this Position To:
Show a stable work history Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check Have worked 2 or more years in jobs dealing with the public Excellent with computers and technology including programs such as Excel, google drive, dropbox, etc.
Collection experience preferred but not required Strong oral and written communication skills If you have got what it takes, we will provide the rest:
