This role involves collaborating closely with our company's sales, marketing, and support teams, as well as with partners and key stakeholders, with a goal to increase the productivity of the sales teams by maintaining and improving the sales process as it relates to the CRM.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives related to data and reporting.
Maintains user profiles and settings and provides support to end-users as needed.
Develops and manages workflow processes and user layouts in the CRM.
Collect, clean, and upload data from 3rd party sources that are impactful to the sales team.
Provides support videos and documents for the process and best practices to using the CRM.
Monitor usage of CRM and provide reporting to management to inform on adoption of sales processes by the sales team.
Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (especially in information technology, computer science, business administration, or equivalent) Experience in working with CRM, NetSuite preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Team player with strong intrapersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Creative and strategic thinker.
