This postion would be M-F 8a-5pm with an 8wk on call rotation.

What You Will Do Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants.
Skills & Requirements Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
