Summary:
Project Coordinators work hand in hand with our Generator sales staff and customers to quote existing and potential new business for our Kohler Generator Division.
This position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed MINIMUM
Qualifications:
5-8 years of project management and related experience Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Experience with generators is a plus Be able to write and speak in English PREFERRED

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment with time spent on the production floor.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
