We have an opening in our 3-year-old classroom for an Assistant Teacher.
We are looking for a candidate who enjoys teaching young children and sharing the love of Jesus with them and their families.
Little Friends Teacher's Assistant will:
Assist in record keeping and classroom management.
Work with the classroom teacher to deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
Supervise and interact with children during classroom and outside activities.
Interact with parents in a way that is encouraging and supportive of them.
Ensure clean classroom conditions.
Little Friends staff hours are usually 8:
45 AM to 2:
00 PM on Mondays.
We have staff meetings on that day, so we are at school a little longer.
Tuesday through Friday, Assistants are finished at about 1:
30.
These are great hours for parents with school-age children! We have a friendly work environment and enjoy building a growing team.
During the 2023-24 school year, we will be transitioning to our new Early Learning Center wing, here at Living Faith.
We will have full time hours available for those interested in that as well as the potential to advance within our organization.
