THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a talented Supervisor, Fraud Detection who will lead a team of 15-20 analysts.
Providing feedback, coaching and training as needed.
They will also assist with projects, client calls and research.
Shift/Hours:
Wednesday-Saturday 12:
30pm-11pmSUPERVISOR FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
Manage team of 15-20 analysts.
Provide coaching.
Employees side by sides.
Lead departmental projects.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:
Provides management leadership to Fraud Detection department.
Monitors daily workflow and incoming request for Co-op clients.
Leads and manages Fraud Detection functions, tasks, projects and assignments to ensure that service and quality standards are met.
Provides effective and consistent communication to staff, management, external clients and vendors.
Actively supports Co-op's strategic future, models, integrates and teaches Co-op's culture and leadership practices.
Proactively pursues management development opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Familiarity of current electronic payments fraud trends preferred.
Knowledge of the FirstData system.
Decision making/problem solving skills.
PC skills.
Interpersonal communication skills.
Telephone skills.
Team building skills.
Project management skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in an office or call center environment.

In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$53,000.
00 - $66,500.
00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
