Training hourly is $15/hour for the first week.
Once training is complete, production workers will be paid per piece with an hourly average of $20-$30.
Rope-making is labor intensive and production workers should be able to work with a 15 lb.

We offer a flexible schedule once training is complete.
Available hours:
Monday-Friday 6am - 10pm.
Saturday-Sunday 7am - 10pm.
Must commit to a minimum of 4 hours per day.
Weekly bonus offered based on units complete.
Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a production environment - Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications - Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks - Perform quality checks on finished products - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety protocols and guidelines Requirements:
- Previous experience as a production worker or in a similar role preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets - Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects throughout the shift Note:
