Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:

This role is for a self-starter who provides amazing customer service over the phone and in person as the director of first impressions.
Duties include:
Creates a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors and patients Models excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and professional abilities when interacting with all persons Perform patient check-in at the time of visit and ensures electronic registration is completed and assists if needed.
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collecting co-pay Skills and abilities:
Ability to work in busy office that may require triaging activities and handling frequent interruptions Team player willing to help others with various tasks Punctual and reliable Time management Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Medical terminology preferred Job Type:
