Ensure efficient Detail Department operation and workflow Train, schedule and manage detail team membersDeliver and pick up cars from dealershipsSupervise and assist detailers with cleaning, waxing, and polishing new and pre-owned vehiclesEnsure finished work meets dealership quality standardsUnderstand and deliver specific customer requirementsOrder supplies and ensure proper usage, storage, and inventory of cleaning chemicals and suppliesEnsure the shop is clean and organized, and meets safety standards Requirements - Detail Manager:
Automotive Detail experience and/ or Management experienceis preferredEnergetic with a good work ethic and strong attention to detailsGood customer service and communication skillsPosition requires bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of timeValid driver's license and good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.
