Duties may include:
Providing superior customer service with the objective of profiling customers and extending new sales or additional products and/or services.
Handling situations that may deviate from a script and taking initiative to demonstrate creative thinking skills.
Complete system navigation and call tracking.
Developing and maintaining effective communication of financial products and services.
Handle escalated customer calls that require customer satisfaction and retention.
Following specific call processes and coaching that enhancing the ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions for customers.
A successful representative will demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation and distinguished verbal communication skills. Must be receptive to coaching, feedback, and have a desire to meet/exceed goals.

Schedule of availability will require 10:00am to 7:00pm CST shift hours and occasional Saturday schedule

Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet.
Demonstrated problem solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Energetic self-starter who is flexible, conscientious, proactive and detail-oriented.
Ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree ? New College Grads are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
