Duties Include:
Receive and respond to customer service inquiries via mail and fax
Personalize and customize form letters for customers
Enter information into computer system
Track customer issues and/or concerns
Document corrective measures taken
Analyze and report of trends to management
Qualifications:
1
year customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Outlook
Correspond with customers effectively and in a timely manner
Quick learner/ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay: $12.00-$12.50/hr
Hours: 2:30PM-11:00PM Monday-Friday
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
