Duties: Apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering concepts and principles, as well as experience using standard occupational tools to perform the following duties: Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to ensure they produce the desired information. Execute extensive system study, design, development and testing in Oracle environment to meet customer requirements. Develop and troubleshoot complex software systems that run in mixed-environments, including Unix. Write, update, and maintain computer programs and software packages to handle specific jobs such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment. Perform analysis in database statistics, data management, statistical research, system study, programming and documentation. Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow charts and diagrams. Apply advanced knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic design to develop, test, and support Java/J2EE web-based applications using, among other tools, Servlets, JavaScript programming language, Weblogic, Oracle, and PL/SQL relational database applications. Perform in-depth quantitative analysis in order to facilitate efficient and effective development. Expand existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Write documentation of program development, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. The foregoing duties involve supervision of projects only, not personnel. May perform other job duties considered normal to this occupation.
Requirements: Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or any related IT or Engineering field of study that provided the required skills and knowledge, and 6 months of experience in any related position providing the required skills and abilities. Employer will accept a foreign degree. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantially compatibility with stated job academic level and experience requirements and ability to perform job duties.
No travel or telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the United States that may require relocation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
